Riding a bike is healthy, fun, and a low-impact form of exercise for all ages. In this beginner class, you will learn types of bikes; how to how to be fit properly for your bike; move past intimidation, think about gear; and safety first. Take this class for a spin and discover - You can do it!
These are classes of 15-40 participants. Participants have varying levels, goals, and needs. Class goals are established as a group.
