Morning Fitness - Strength Training (seated)

Strength training is important for functional fitness, so we feel confident in everyday activities. Using a chair and some light hand weights or soup cans, you’ll exercise along with exercise coach, Stacy, as she shows you some basic exercises to strengthen your arms, shoulders, back, and, of course, your core.
